The essentials: pricing, address use and what happens next.
What is included?
The current plan is Singapore registered office address use for one legal entity, with the service term confirmed before activation, subject to eligibility and the service agreement.
How much does it cost?
S$125 per company per month. Annual billing is S$1,500 per company for 12 months. GST is not charged because PWK Holdings Pte Ltd is not GST-registered.
Can I collect, scan or forward mail?
General mail collection, scanning and forwarding are not included. We notify your nominated contact of official notices by email. This is separate from general business-mail collection, scanning or forwarding.
Can I use the address immediately after subscribing?
Use the address only after approval and activation are confirmed by email. Payment alone does not activate address use. Stripe handles subscription payments. Payment alone is not permission to use the address.
Where is the office address?
22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore 573969. Review the address and terms during onboarding. Use starts only after written activation confirmation. Illustrative landmarks in the country worlds do not identify an available office address.
What are the public-access hours?
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm Singapore time, excluding Singapore public holidays. The exact service address and access arrangements are confirmed before activation.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Give at least 30 days’ written cancellation notice by email to info@pwkholdings.com. Cancellation takes effect at an eligible paid billing period-end. Payments, including prepaid annual fees, are non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the Terms for details.
How do renewals work?
Monthly billing is S$125 per company; annual billing is S$1,500 for 12 months. Fees are payable in advance for the selected period. Give at least 30 days’ written notice by email to cancel at an eligible paid period-end. Payments are non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Live checkout and your service agreement must confirm the renewal date. The selected billing cycle is shown before you pay through Stripe.
Does the plan include a desk or meeting room?
No. The current service does not include workspace, meeting rooms or phone answering.
Will the address be accepted by every bank, licence or authority?
Acceptance depends on the purpose and the relevant organisation. Check separate banking, licensing and operating-premises requirements. No universal acceptance is promised.
Can I buy a Malaysian, UK or other overseas address?
No overseas paid service is available at present. You can explore the destination worlds. Only Singapore has a subscription plan.
