YavaOffice is a brand of PWK Holdings Pte Ltd (UEN 202003787W), Singapore. Contact info@pwkholdings.com with website or service questions.

These terms describe use of this website and the information shown on it. A registered-address service starts only under a service agreement and our written activation confirmation. Visiting the website or sending an email does not create a subscription.

The current Singapore offer

The listed price is S$125 per legal entity per month for Singapore registered office address use, subject to eligibility, availability and agreed terms. Annual billing is S$1,500 per legal entity for 12 months. PWK Holdings Pte Ltd is not GST-registered, so GST is not charged. General mail collection, scanning, forwarding, phone answering, desks and meeting rooms are excluded.

We confirm the actual address, permitted use, contracting arrangements, official-notice process, service term and full charges before you commit. Landmarks and floating islands are illustrations; they do not identify the premises offered.

Subscription, approval and activation

1. Choose monthly or annual billing and complete company setup.
2. Confirm your eligibility declaration, review the actual address and accept these service terms.
3. Continue to Stripe’s hosted subscription checkout when online checkout is available.
4. Wait for written activation confirmation before using the address.

The service address is 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore 573969. Review your company details, service scope, recurring billing and these terms before continuing to Stripe. Online setup is currently for existing Singapore private limited companies. Company and representative checks are completed before address activation. If further information is needed, we explain the next steps by email. Checkout availability is shown before you continue to payment. Payment alone is not permission to use an address. This website does not file company-registration or address-change transactions for you.

Billing and GST

Choose monthly billing at S$125 per legal entity per month, or annual billing at S$1,500 per legal entity for 12 months. Fees are payable in advance for the selected billing period. The annual option is 12 times the monthly rate, with no annual discount.

GST is not charged because PWK Holdings Pte Ltd is not GST-registered. Your setup summary and Stripe checkout identify the selected billing period and recurring payment. The subscription billing period starts when Stripe confirms the first successful payment. Address use starts separately on the date stated in our written activation confirmation. Any additional service or charge requires separate agreement. The selected subscription renews monthly or every 12 months, subject to the cancellation terms and recurring payment authority shown at checkout. Closing the Stripe page or returning to this website is not proof of a successful payment. We confirm payment from verified Stripe notifications.

Cancellation and refunds

Give at least 30 days’ cancellation notice through the cancellation control on your subscription status page, or by email to info@pwkholdings.com. Include your company name and UEN. Cancellation takes effect at the end of a paid billing period, provided at least 30 days remain when the online request or email notice is received. If notice is late, the next eligible period-end applies under the agreed renewal arrangements. We confirm the final service date by email.

Payments are non-refundable. Early cancellation, non-use or changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund or a pro-rated credit for unused time. This includes prepaid annual fees. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before the confirmed end date, stop using the address and arrange any required address changes with ACRA and other relevant parties. Cancellation does not itself change your company’s registered details.

Access hours and official notices

Standard public-access hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm Singapore time, excluding Singapore public holidays. The service address is 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76 Midview City, Singapore 573969. Access arrangements are supplied in your activation confirmation. This is not workspace or a general mail-collection service.

We notify the client’s nominated contact of official notices by email. Keep that address current and monitor it regularly. This notification arrangement is distinct from general business-mail collection, scanning or forwarding, which are not included.

Using an activated address

Use the address only for the approved entity and permitted purpose, and keep relevant company and contact information accurate. Follow the service agreement and the requirements that apply to your entity.

A registered office address is distinct from an operating location, workspace or a general mail plan. Banking, licensing and other organisations make their own suitability decisions. We do not promise acceptance for every purpose or any particular regulatory outcome.

Overseas destination previews

Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States are destination previews. YavaOffice does not currently offer a paid registered-address service, subscription or reservation in those countries. An expression of interest does not reserve an address.

Guides provide general information rather than legal, tax or corporate-secretarial advice tailored to your circumstances. Check the linked official sources and obtain appropriate advice before filing or relying on an address.

External websites have their own operators and terms. References to landmarks, authorities and other products do not imply an endorsement or partnership.

Acceptable use and content rights

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful or misleading activity. Website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the relevant rights holders. Use or reproduce them only where permitted by the rights holder or applicable law.

Interactive scenes depend on browser and device capabilities. If a scene is unavailable, use the address service page or email our team.

Privacy, changes and applicable law

Our privacy policy explains website, onboarding and subscription data. We may update website content, prices and these website terms; changes do not automatically amend a service agreement already in force.
