Confirm who supplies the service
Ask for the legal name of the operator that will contract with your company. Check the relevant credentials and whether another party actually supplies the address. The brand on the website and the contracting entity may not always be the same.
ACRA’s guidance generally requires providers of address services to business entities to register as corporate service providers, subject to the stated exceptions. Confirm the applicable status or registered partner for the arrangement you are buying.
Check the actual address and permitted use
Ask for the exact address and written confirmation of the uses your agreement allows. An attractive district name or a skyline illustration does not identify the office you will receive.
Describe your entity type and intended use. If a separate authority, bank or licence requires an operating location or other evidence, ask that organisation what it accepts. A provider should not promise universal acceptance.
Ask how official notices reach you
There should be a clear contact and escalation process for important communications. Ask who is responsible, how your company is notified and how your contact details remain current.
ACRA’s requirements include public accessibility during opening hours and the ability to receive communications and notices. Confirm how the arrangement meets the requirements that apply to your company.
Compare the full scope and cost
Request one written list of inclusions and exclusions. Separate address use from general mail collection, scans, forwarding, parcels, calls and room access. Confirm any limits and the treatment of unsupported correspondence.
Compare the total service term, applicable tax, setup and renewal charges. If you manage several legal entities, confirm how each one is priced and approved instead of assuming one subscription covers the group.
Plan activation and the end of the service
Agree when you may start using the address and what confirmation you will receive. Keep the contract, activation notice and invoice together.
Before the term ends, review renewal or arrange a replacement address and any required filings. Ask how remaining official correspondence and contact requests are handled after termination. Clear entry and exit arrangements help prevent avoidable administrative gaps.
YavaOffice’s current Singapore offer is one registered-address plan at S$125 per company per month. Review the plan online; eligibility and detailed arrangements must be confirmed before activation.
