Compare the scope before the headline price

Two services described as a virtual office can include very different work. One may primarily provide address use. Another may receive parcels, scan letters or provide room credits. The cheapest advertised monthly figure is not enough to compare them.

Start with your actual need: a registered office address, ordinary mail services, workspace, phone support or a combination. Ask each provider to quote the same scope and service term.

Published examples give context

When checked on 2 November 2026, VOfficeSingapore advertised a S$50 annual self-collection plan, while VOffice advertised an annual S$57 Economy package. Both included mail-related features. Those are examples of budget packages, not a statistical average of the Singapore market.

Check the providers’ current pages, conditions, permitted uses and renewal terms before relying on a price. An included service may have limits, and a different location or support arrangement may carry a different fee.

Compare billing periods

Check whether a quoted monthly price is a monthly rate or an annual subscription shown as a monthly equivalent. The billing frequency and minimum service term should be clear before you commit.

YavaOffice’s listed rate is S$125 per company per month. Annual billing is S$1,500 for 12 months, with no annual discount. GST is not charged. Review the selected billing period online. The service agreement must confirm the activation and renewal dates.

The current YavaOffice plan

YavaOffice lists one Singapore Registered Address plan at S$125 per legal entity per month. The service covers registered address use, subject to eligibility and agreed terms. GST is not charged.

General mail collection, scanning, forwarding, call answering, desk space and meeting rooms are excluded. GST is not charged. We notify your nominated contact of official notices by email. The exact address and eligibility must be confirmed before paid activation. The current checkout is a non-paying preview.

Questions that reveal the total cost

  • Is the price for one legal entity, business name or user?
  • Is it a first-year offer, and what is the renewal price?
  • What exactly is covered for official notices and ordinary mail?
  • Are tax, setup, identity checks, storage or postage charged separately?
  • What happens if an application is declined or the service ends?

Choose a service whose actual address, operator and handling arrangements suit the business. A clear scope is more useful than a long list of features you do not need.
